This is a vintage sterling silver Kachina face flower,look like tears falling from eyes.  pendant W 15" sterling chain. The pendant can hang with hook on back or worn as pendant..

   I can barely make out etched signature IWT ,I could be wrong check out last photo .

  The amount of work done to create this flower looks like slot ..I am assuming this is Navajo ,Zuni ,Hopi 

  I guarantee it's one of the three ,likely Navajo..

  It measures approx..Bout size of 1/2 dollar a 50 cent piece or bit over 1 " & 1/8 " inches diameter.

 The chain came with it the clasp could use fixing nothing huge it's sterling silver ,
