This late 19th century, (no country of origin on label) German trade instrument, in it's condition, could make for a useful project if you're an "aspiring" luthier.  The obvious condition issues would be the separated center joint on the lower bout, open seams, and a chipped edge, next to the saddle location.  As well, the bridge, nut, saddle, sound post, and all the fittings will need to be put in place.   A bow not being included, the violin will be packed in a vintage, G&B coffin style case for shipping.
