I have a large selection of pieces in my eBay store, but due to the expense of listing them all at one time, I will be listing only a few auctions each week. I will try and list a variety of pieces each week and hopefully you will find items of interest to you.
This Harmony Kingdom figurine named "Mission Impossible V1" was carved by Peter Calvesbert in 2012. It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England.
Harmony Kingdom description:
"The starting point for this box figurine came from a Steve Bell cartoon that Peter saw in the Guardian newspaper. It showed two pigs flying over the British countryside. This started Peter thinking about how pigs might fly. He came up with the ingenious idea of launching a pig off the back of another while strapped to a chicken! Peter says he didn’t do the math and has no idea what payload a chicken can lift, but the idea made him smile so he went with it! The pig doing all the running is trying to quit smoking, evidenced by the nicotine patch on his hind quarters."
