Should you have any issues with your purchase it will be 100% taken care of in a timely, professional manner, until you are satisfied. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged or defective item and we can start the exchange/return/refund process. How to Make a Return?
- If you feel you may just need a part (dial, strings, tuner, etc). We can send you that part to fix the problem.
- If you need to make a return due to a broken or defective product simply open a return item case on eBay to start the process.
- Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument
- Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using Duct Tape
- Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages. Such as: FedEX - UPS - USPS.
Our pricing does not include customs duties. We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties. Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products. If, for some reason, you do not want to pay the customs and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs .
