The Exceptional Paper Quality designation means that you know this note has original paper and has not been pressed out or washed to look better than it is like many raw notes on eBay. This note has been graded Very Choice Uncirculated 64EPQ by PMG. You don't have to trust me for the grade, you only need to trust the professionals at PMG.
Shipping
Shipping will be done by USPS Priority mail. This usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive for the majority of the US. Your note will be shipped within 2 business days from the end of the auction. Usually notes are shipped the next day, but sometimes I am traveling and unable to get items mailed.
