Combination shipping: Additional regular size carded Hot Wheels - add $1.50 each to the original shipping charge; Additional oversize carded Hot Wheels or Johnny Lightning or boxed cars - add $1.75 each. Additional loose or baggie cars with or without protecto-packs add 0.75 cents each. Additional VW Drag Buses on cards or in display cases add $3.00 each to postage. Postage quoted are for the continental 48 states, add $3.00 for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
