Mesh Beggars Accordion Evening Bag

This slinky purse is in the "Beggar's Style" with a
laurel leaf engraved flip to and an accordion type opening making the bag
expandable. The strap is an elegant link chain. The inside is lined in gold
colored fabric and the sewn in tag is still present. This bag looks to be from
the 1930s although the company began making this style earlier.
Condition: Excellent vintage. This lovely bag appears new. There are no stains or signs of wear. Measurements: 5" long and 3" wide at the bottom. The expanded opening is 3 1/2" in circumference. The strap drops 3 1/4".
