WARRANTY

 Although , the seller dispatches  all tropical plants/seeds in healthy condition but due to nature of these items being live  , there is no warranty/guarantee offered on live plants , thus NO return / NO refund/ NO exchange, as every individual has a different way of  nurturing plants.

DAMAGED OR DEAD PLANT

 Return of any damaged/disputed item, buyer will have to bear the full postal /courier /shipping cost. A photographic evidence will be required within 24 hrs of the receipt of a such damaged/dead item . No claim would be entertained after expiry of above period. Pls advise 0044(0)787 744 4052

SIZE& MEASUREMENT

 All plants measurement includes the pot. Buyers are welcome to request for the actual plant photo via WHATSUP

COLLECTION

..Items can be collected in person from Wembley, HA9 8RJ, please make prior arrangements 07877444052. Payments can be made via Pay pal , bank or in cash.

· Dispatch of delivery minimum 3 - 5 working days.

. All items to be sent under Signed For or Track & Sign Service.

ITERNATIONAL /OVERSEAS ORDERS

. International dispatches may come with or without pots, root balls are wrapped in moist spaghnum moss or tissue paper. Standard dispatches are made via Royal Mail postal services. The seller does not take responsibility in the event if delivery is delayed, which may affect the health of the plant, there would be NO compensation if it happens.
We can offer the dispatch via COURIER services , provided the buyer is willing to pay any additional services charges. Please check the rates with seller for an individual country .Furthermore, the seller does not offer Phytosanitary-certificate , and takes NO responsibility ,if the items are held/destroyed  by the Authorities .We expect customer to have import permit + make all necessary import arrangement by checking local customs Rules & Regulations prior to placing an order. Seller can not be held responsible .
