This issue is from November 1974 featuring the 1st appearnce of the Mindworm in "Madness Means...The Mindworm!" by Gerry Conway, Ross Andru, Frank Giacoia, and Dave Hunt.  Graded in lower grade very good condition, and it DOES have the Gladiator Marvel Value Stamp.
