May have scuffs, pen doesn't work but is included. The main body is ceramic but the pen holder is gold plastic that has been glued in somewhat sloppily. I think this is from the 80's but it has a mid century style too. 

Measures about 6 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 2 inches deep not including pen height.
