Quilt Pattern: "ZigZag" by The Quilt Branch

You are bidding on a NEW old stock quilt pattern called "ZigZag" by The Quilt Branch.   This pattern is clean, never used, the pages are in great condition and the directions are clearly readable.   The pages are professionally produced, and the uncut patterns produced are inside the original plastic sleeve which has been inspected.   If there is damage in any way indicated, it will be noted here in the description.    Please review the photos included for fabric suggestions, dimensions/ size of several finished item, and other specifics for this project.   This is a pattern for quilted placemats measuring 14" x 18" approximately as shown on the front photo.   Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have as I take great care in assuring happy customers.   This pattern ships in a First Class envelop with tracking by USPS. If interested in purchasing multiple patterns, I do offer combined shipping, but you need to let me know since the system does not alert me.   If you do not want tracking, which does not assure recourse if the post office loses your item, choose the second shipping option which is not suggested during holiday seasons.   Please let me know this package arrives, hopefully with positive feedback, which is appreciated and ALWAYS returned in kind.   Thank you.

I also recycle packaging materials whenever they are clean and will protect your item.

RETURN POLICY

I sell items on Ebay that other's want, and I don't want back.   So, the idea of selling this and then having to accept it back is a bummer.   My 30 day return policy is a forced situation due to this selling site, and I therefore accept items ONLY that were for some bizarre reason described inaccurately (I strive for perfection but sometimes fail), or were damaged in the shipping process which was beyond my control. The buyer needs to provide proof that the item was damaged or is not as described with photographs illustrating this.   If a return is requested, contact with me needs to be made as soon as possible, but absolutely within the 30 days of receipt of item that you are requesting a return, otherwise my return policy is null and void!  Cost of returned item is on the buyer.

 

IMPORTANT _  READ!   I do not offer returns for buyer's remorse!   Especially when offered the opportunity for questions, more photos if requested, or other reasonable workable arrangements.   Returns are buyers expense.  If the item returned is not damaged and fits the description in the listing, I consider this a form of THEFT by the buyer as I am not a retail store and lose money from people who have second thoughts.   If this is the case, I will block the buyer from ever making further purchases from me in the future.   Think hard before considering returning an item for these reasons.   Once the item is received the same way it arrived in your mailbox (ie. no odors, all tags attached if originally present, no animal hair, etc...), a full refund will be issued MINUS a flat restocking/ relisting fee of $2.00
