ABOUT THE PICTURES

The pictures are taken in our factories by ourselves. Each guitar is different from others because of the light in room or some other reasons .So there are maybe some differences between the pictures and the guitar you get. Every guitar cannot be the same in 100%, the pictures of the guitar that you see is just one of them. If you want some details about the guitar, please contact me.

OUR GUARANTEE

We test every guitar is in good condition before it is shipped out. When you receive the guitar, if you meet some problems (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) or you are not happy with our guitar, please let me know immediately and we will try our best to meet you satisfaction.

CUSTOMIZED CENTER

Head stocks are not pictured per our policy. Custom Head stocks are available upon request from our factory custom shop. Please contact us for details. All customized products are non-returnable.

CUSTOM DUTY

Our price does not include the customs duties. But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you can pay little or no customs duties. You have to consult your local customs about the customs duties before you purchase the product. If you do not want to pay the customs duties and send the guitar back to us, you will need to pay $100USD in shipping costs. 

SHIPPING

Goods shipped from the US generally arrive in 1-10 days. We shipped by USPS and China Post. We will provide a tracking number to you and you can monitor the shipping progress in the website conveniently.

USA delivery time: usually 1-4 weeks (excluding customs, affected by the epidemic, the time may be delayed).

PACKING

We use the carton which is designed for the International transport to package the products you ordered. And we can guarantee the items will not be damaged in the way of transportation. 

RETURN POLICY

- If you feel you may just need a part (dial, strings, tuner, etc). We can send you that part to fix the problem.
- If you need to make a return due to a broken or defective product simply Please contact us immediately, we will solve the problem
- Keep the defective product exactly as it arrived , including packaging. Do not remove any parts or write on the instrument
- Please Re-pack item exactly as it was packaged whether it be single or double boxed. Kindly avoid using Duct Tape
- Please use a package carrier that allows you to insure and track their packages. Such as: FedEX - UPS - USPS.
