Unparalleled high performance covers everything from songwriting to real-time performance. The "Arranger Workstation" that stimulates inspiration is now complete.

The Pa1000 features DNC (Defined Nuance Control), an articulation technology that realistically reproduces a variety of tones that change with playing technique, enabling performance that surpasses that of previous Pa series models. In addition, a vast array of genre-specific backing pattern "styles" covering music genres from around the world are available. These powerful features, combined with an intuitive user interface and high-quality sound, create an "arranger workstation" that satisfies the most demanding professional players.

The Pa1000's sound engine quadruples the PCM memory of the best-selling Pa900, and compression technology expands user PCM memory to 600 MB. User styles have also been expanded to a maximum of 1,152 to cover every conceivable musical genre. The built-in speaker system has been improved to produce a powerful, rich sound, which is enhanced by performance with the TC Helicon vocal harmonizer, dual MP3 players and recorders, dual crossfade sequencers, and more.

KAOSS FX offers a variety of "styles" and fine combinations between drum kit types, balance between backing (style) parts, real-time reconstruction of the rhythm as it is being played, DJ-specific techniques such as note crunch effects, tape delays and arpeggios, And, the dynamic mixing of styles and MIDI files gives you creative control over unique, never-before-seen performances.
