The product is made with 70gsm white paper and features a red manilla card cover.
The columns included in order from left to right on the first open page are:
Date of birth
Class number (as in pupil number - 1 to 50)
Name in full
Admission number
Age on - years - months
Address
The central pages are shorter in width so everything up to the "name in full" column will always be visible. The pages that follow include "change of address (with date of change)" while the pages thereafter are for taking the attendance itself with each day having two columns for two daily attendance checks.
There are other helpful sections for notes and a summary page at the back too from note making to calculating totals and averages over the school year. The back page references the "Pupils' registration regulations, 1956" and "Guidance for recording school attendance" legal information for quick information.
