All computers are built by an ACPD and ACITP qualified technician. The operating system is then installed and all drivers updated. The system then undergoes a stringent burn in test which stresses the components to make sure that everything is working as it should. When all tests have passed it is packed into a large moving box with plenty of bubble wrap and extra cardboard to withstand courier transit.
For low value items I will send your purchase via Royal Mail or Hermes. For high value items and items that are large and bulky I will deliver via DPD, UPS or TNT and a tracking number provided.
I aim to despatch your item the same day if ordered before 2pm, and the following working day if ordered afterwards. Delivery times are dependent on the choice made at checkout. If you opt for FREE delivery then it can take between 3 - 5 days for despatch and successful delivery. Please choose express delivery at checkout if you wish your purchase to be delivered within 1 - 2 days.
You may return the goods within 30 days of receipt only in the event that the goods are faulty or if you have changed your mind.
Faulty Goods
You can return the goods back to us in their original packaging if faulty for a replacement or refund within the 30 day period. After this period you must contact the manufacturer for a warranty return.
Change of Mind
You can return the goods to us in their original packaging and unopened for a full refund. If you have opened the packaging, then we reserve the right to charge a 20 percent restocking fee due to being unable to resell the goods as brand new.
