This guitar was bought used, and re-furbished. The fret boards all were tightened up and are firm, a good amount of guitar polish went into the body and pick guard removing scratches and blemishes. The strap is a new one (Beatles Rock Band issue). The wawa bar is in good shape and chrome parts have have been re-furbished as best they could with out having to re-paint the whole unit. One decorative white fret mark was re-painted, but completely matches as it had worn away though use.The strum bar has been inspected internally and found to be firm and in good shape. Overall from the pictures you can see the shine and detail of all critical areas. It is a good guitar and was used gently by myself, was able to use it in both Beatles Rock Band and the other Rock Band games for Xbox 360. The power on - Xbox button must be pressed in firmly and will light up as see in the pictures -note this process may require pressing the button a couple of times until you get use to it (keep in mind that this is a 14 year old guitar). It Plays great --was able to do Medium setting at 100% on songs, does perfect on solos. Have not been able to master the hard or expert settings yet but that's on me not the guitar. It is being sold to make room for other items in my small apartment.
