Good vintage Starrett bevel protractor head. This is a model 491 which is reversible and has black wrinkled enamel finish. The tool shows typical light use, but is in good working order. I didn't find any owners marks and the funllinish is in good shape still. No Blade included but I did test the fit on a standard blade and showed an example in the photos.
