We accept returns on many of our sales if the buyer changes their mind or discovers an item does not fit as they wish. It will be indicated in the listing if returns are accepted. A Refund of the original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee will be issued once the item is received in its original condition. Most items will have tamper evident devices/seals; these devices MUST BE 100% INTACT and UNALTERED in order to receive a refund.
All items are carefully and securely packaged. Whenever possible, clean, reused/recycled packaging materials are used. This helps keep shipping cost down and saves a little strain on our environment. If you are an eBay seller, we encourage you to do the same!
