Opaque Enamel Powders Lead Free Jewellery Making Enamelling Colours WG Ball
Our range of opaque enamels are designed for use on copper, gold and silver.
The method of preparation of the fired trials was as follows:
- 0.9mm copper was used
- The actual size of the blanks is 50mm x 37mm
- Three thin coats of enamel were applied by dry dusting
- The blanks were counter enamelled
- Firing time was 2 minutes and the temperature was 800 centigrade
These enamels are supplied in powder form, ground to pass a 60’s mesh (250 micron) sieve
