New Lego Fabuland Set 3784 Hugo Hog the Tinker 1982 

Lego 3784 Hugo Hog the Tinker Set is a Fabuland themed set released in 1982. It contains pieces to construct a wheel barrow with tinker tools and minifigure. 

The package has a number 12 written near the the Fabuland title, other than that package is new never opened in very nice condition as can be seen in the pictures.
