In order to convey love messages, the Ministry of Information and Communications issues 03 stamp sets with theme “Love”, which expresses different stages of love: From the stirring emotions with the stamp set issued in 2020 to the connection and harmony of lovers’ hearts with the stamp set issued in 2022 and the love blossoming in happy ending with the stamp set issued in 2024, which includes 01 stamp with the face value of 4,000 VND.

Stamp size: 37 x 37 (mm) with quantity of 10,800 MNH perf ; 2,300 imperf and 1,800 Specimen stamps

FDC size: 190 x 110 (mm).
