This listing includes a HP ProDesk 400 G3 DM that was tested to boot up and has no OS/HDD. No power cable is included.
The desktop powers on, but does not output anything through its HDMI port or DisplayPort. It has significant wear on its exterior, including scrapes and dents (See pictures). When powered on, the unit's fan runs noticeably loud.
