The original sensor contacts are always large and bulky designs to match the shape of the main sensors. 

As a result, this not only makes the contact difficult to place in position, but it is also an eyesore on many frames. 

The Contact sits next to the sensor but sticks out and can look out of place.

This item is a slimline contact, that can be placed next to the Ring, Yale or other brand contact sensors in replacement of the large bulky one supplied.

Simply install this contact with the supplied adhesive tape, and it remains discreet keeping your window and door frames looking clean and clear of any large odd ugly out of place looking components.
