This is a vintage battery-operated toy made by Yonezawa in Japan in the 1950s. The toy is called "Teddy the Artist" and features an animal theme. The toy is in working condition and is a collectible item for toy enthusiasts.  We’re selling him because we have two and they don’t get along.
