Procured from a Georgetown NW DC estate from a man who lived in an expansive rowhouse property since the 1960s. Upon retirement in the 1980s this audiophile became a very active Thrifter and subsequent Hoarder by the late 1990s. The house was so full of exciting, audio equipment, unused electronics, media and later internet/eBay packages. It took four weeks just to get the house ready to have an estate sale.
