Shipping
We use Royal Mail for delivery of smaller items and various couriers for larger items. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland might incur a surcharge, especially for large items. Please contact us for details.
We keep the most popular items in stock which we aim to deliver as per the timescales on the listing, although some items (specifically lightbars) are custom built and can take longer. If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone.
Terms of Sale
Payment and Returns
- All goods should be paid for within 7 days otherwise the item will be re-listed in line with eBay policy and the sale is declared void.
- All buy-it-now listings will require immediate payment.
- No items will be sent until the payment has been received in full. Please make sure that the goods purchased are compatible with your requirements. Most of our products are provided with a minimum 1 year Return-to-Base warranty from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for software or programming tools.
- Any item(s) returned is to be done at the cost of the buyer. Items must be returned in full, with no missing components. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
