We take great care in accurately representing all the items for sale in Talking Planter Nostalgia. If our photos or descriptions mislead or misrepresent any item or if an item arrives damaged, please let us know before leaving a negative review. We will always resolve the issue for you promptly. We think shopping for toys, collectibles, and treasures from the past should be fun and worry-free. That's why we offer no hassle, free 30-day returns. Please read the descriptions and view photos carefully before buying, and feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear. 

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. However, you can always choose to pay for Priority Shipping when you place your order, and we will always do a complimentary upgrade to Priority when there is a nominal difference in price. Books, CDs, records, sheet music, and movies are shipped Media Mail unless you request an upgrade. If you require expedited shipping, just let us know, and we will provide you with a quote. We ship every other day or sooner when possible.
