Vintage Black & White Polka Dot Sash Wide Belt Covered Rectangular Buckle

Peowned, Minor spot of fabric wear and white side of belt shows some light wear. Last 2 pictures. See photos for details and measurements. Happy to answer any questions or send more pictures.

Fabric feels like a pliable leather but I do not know this for sure it is not marked. Belt could be reversed and used as a white belt with a polka dotted buckle.

Length from end to end is 45"

Width goes from 2" on one end to 3" on the other

Buckle is 2" x 4,25"

Waist of mannequin is 26" (use for reference)
