I will not refund extra shipping costs for additional oversee buying options offered from eBay. Only bid if you are willing to pay in the allotted time frame. If you win, I will not cancel your winning bid because of an unexpected  “emergency”. I will not negotiate late payment plans. I will not negotiate some type of “special arrangement” in shipping or payment. I want these transactions to go as smoothly as possible and I’m hoping that you are happy with your purchase. That said, I don’t want to waste my time with extremely long exchanges over a couple of bucks. I WILL give you a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I DO NOT ever issue partial refunds so please do not send me an email trying to convince me to do so (unless it’s a combined-shipping error on my part). I think you need to look at the item as it sits in your hands and decide if you want a refund (do not attempt to negotiate some other arrangement).
