Usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive to most locations... sometimes there are delays in shipping... I really appreciate in case you win an item and you have not received it after 4 weeks please contact me before open a case... I will gladly work something out with the buyer, I do not have problem to give refund in case there is a bigger delay...
Also I am trying to provide the most detailed pictures of my items... Since I am selling banknotes I know grading is an important part of the expectation of any potential buyer... But please consider Grading is an art not a science... other than UNC notes I do not give a grade to any note, but try to provide high res pics so the potential buyer could have an accurate idea of the condition of item... there could be differences in criteria... but once again... if note is not according to your expectation, you are able to return it at my cost... Once I receive item back, will proceed with refund...

Due to some remaining restrictions in local Post Service, not all destinations are able permanently, so it is possible that an item winner or buyer could live in a destination I am not able to send at a specific time, I have allowed bids and offers to those more common and permitted destinations...but in case I am not able to send a letter (for a reason out of my hands) I will cancel the order unless a possible arrangement could be made with the buyer... I am more than willing to work something out with any potential buyer.... but due to some local restrictions I have no control of changes on shipping to some destinations at a specific time,,,, pls consider this before bidding,,, I really appreciate it,,,,
