Shipping:

We ship from McAllen, Texas. If purchased we will include insulation and/or heat packs, please do so if your local forecast will present harsh weather. We recommend heat pack and insulation combined with a temperature below 45F.

Folia is a licensed and certified nursery (TDA License No. 0891489), and can ship to all 50 states and internationally, we provide state-state or international phytosanitary when required. (A separate cost of $30 will be required). CA, AZ will require these types of permits if not you will run the risk of loosing your plant if prompted to inspection at arrival.

We can hold orders for up to two weeks, simply add it to your notes or contact us upon making your purchase.

We guarantee all plants will arrive in good health when appropriate shipping is chosen. Minor damage due to transportation, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, is sometimes unavoidable.

Note: Between November 1 and March 1, live arrival is only guaranteed if UPS Next Day shipping is chosen. Winter shipping conditions can be unpredictable despite a careful packing. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable weather conditions here in McAllen and their destination. At other times of the year live arrival is only guaranteed for UPS Next Day or UPS 2 Day.

If insulation and or heat pack is required please add to your order so we can pack accordingly. Buyer is entirely responsible for providing us with weather conditions for their area. We provide live arrival guarantee but will be voided if information is not provided or appropriate shipping method is not chosen.

Our rates do not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, if ordering from any of those states please note shipping difference cost will be required.
