How to Use

• Press the ON/OFF button and set the voltage to 110V and the temperature to 320°F to begin preheating.
• Press the start button and turn the speed to 40rpm to warm up the roast chamber for about 3-5mins.
• Put raw coffee beans(not included) into the roast chamber.
• Re-adjust the voltage to 220V so that the temperature reaches 440°F and the speed reaches 50rpm to start baking.
• After the first or second crack, return the voltage to the lowest level, keep turning for 2-5 minutes, press the On/Off button, and throw the roasted bean out to the tray. You can refer to the simple operating instructions above and once you are familiar with its performance, you can use it yourself.

• After baking, please do not touch the machine. Immediately pour the roasted coffee beans into a stainless steel sieve basket (not included) to clean the coffee bean shell and cool the coffee beans. After multiple baking cycles, the glass cylinder will be stained with coffee oil and please clean with a neutral detergent.
