Splendid pair of very hard to find good heavy quality authentic antique brass Georgian Regency swirl round door knob handles.
With long knopped necks, cast brass backplates and steel spindle which is fixed to one end.
Spindle is square and a fraction over 7mm.
Size; they measure 48 diameter and project approx 78 mm mm.
Weight; the pair weigh heavy 647 grams.
Date; pre 1840.
In good condition with some typical wear and tear.
The backplates turn freely and there is some play between them and the handles which wont be an issue once fitted.
