These appear to be sized for a child.  The frames measure 4.25" from Hinge to hinge and have a bridge of approximately 7/8".   Earpiece begins to wrap around the ear at about 4" from the hinge.  These would fit a very small head.  Not stamped as to gold content (if any) but these do look like they are gold plated/filled based on the wear on the bridge.
