Not working properly put batteries in it and I can get it to turn on by using the forward button that I’m pointing to in the picture above comes onto such your country and your state. It will come on and ask about the time but I can’t get anywhere. This still has the plastic on it. These disc have never been open, I don’t know what is wrong with it but I am selling it as is and that’s why the price is reflecting that. Maybe someone can fix it
