Reindeer Skirt Juniors Small Polyester and Spandex by Rue 21 Length 15" waist 28

This tube skirt is 97 percent polyester and 3 percent Spandex (tm) all around, the fabric is actually in the back of the faux leather belt in the front. That faux belt is met on both sides by 2.5 inch wide, no roll black elastic that serves as the waistband. The faux belt closure has wood bobbles at the end of the tie laces. It is a slip-on skirt. The belt is not adjustable. The waistband is elastic.

Measurements:

28 inch waist (unstretched)
15 inches long

The hips are 34 inches. That measurement was taken 8 inches down from the top of the waistband.

The lower edge of the skirt is the same circumference as the hips.
