Wilson A2054 early Wynn Personal Model baseball glove. 

It's a personal model which indicates that it's a good quality glove. 

In fact, it was Wilson's best glove in 1956 and 1957. 

Indications that it was a top quality glove are that it has the anchored web as well as both thumb and pinky loops.
