Being offered is a vintage telephone. It is a landline and I do not have a landline to test. When I plug it in to an internet line, I can hear the keys but obviously no dial tone. I am selling as untested and as is. The cosmetics is good with few blemishes on the silver fingers and I see a few manufacture on the ball that has indentations around the fingers. Still a great piece to use as show for decoration to support the best team in the NBA. This stands about 12" tall and the ball is about 8 1/2 in diameter. There is a scratch on the nba logo
