This is the Pioneer DJM-500 Mixer.  This unit has been fantastic.

I have been using it in my home for years.  This unit has very little wear as you can see.

Everything works great.  The unit has 2 minor issues that I must point out...I am honest and straight forward.

#1 The Channel select button as shown in the photo was fixed by me.  This is just the plastic knob.  It has worked perfect after I repaired it so I never ordered a new one.  

#2  The effect Select knob..once in awhile will not change effects.  Most people would never notice this, because it is sometimes rare, but after my years of using this in my garage I have noticed it once in awhile.  For example, I switch it to echo, and it will not switch to echo.  It stays at another setting.  Then I move the knob from left to right...bring it back to echo and will work fine.  And then it won't do it again for awhile.  

Is it perfect?  No

Is it better than most up on ebay?  Yes

So, you can use it as is...or if you are super picky, you can order the knob, and have the effect switch looked at.  

That being said, I must sell this unit as is.

These units are very desirable due to them being so clean during use.  Many newer Digital mixers do not sound as "WARM" as the old Pioneers.    Why am I selling it...I just purchased the new Pioneer bad boy.  DJM 2000
