Made this to fit my road glide to use the stock mounting brackets.

No Need to drill any holes in your fender.
But to use some of the aftermarket LED license plate frames you have to drill a hole in your fender. So I design this so you can use the stock mounting holes and bolts to mount your new LED license plate frame.
