A Lloyd Loom Oval Shaped Laundry Basket.

Made by Lusty & Sons.

As you can see from the photographs it has been upcycled at some point.

The basket would have originally been gold coloured, as can be seen within the inside of the basket. It has since been painted pink.

The cushioned top has been replaced with a new black, gold and white zig zag patterned fabric.

I am not too sure of the exact date this was made, but I would suggest that it may possibly date from some point between the 1930s to 1950s, or possibly earlier / later.

It measures approximately 46cm high x 49cm wide x 30cm deep.
