This is an interesting little bronze inkwell. The head comes off and a glass insert, missing, holds the ink. the hinge is missing, although it could be used as a lift off lid or simply as a decorative item. The two vases on the sides hold the quills. If this were professionally repaired it would probably bring about $350, in our opinion.

Dog is 4” tall, 3 ½” long, 2 ¾” deep.
