The full albums were collected to be redeemed for prizes, then they were cancelled and destroyed which is why they are so rare! From Santiago, in Chile, South America, these albums were completed to be returned, hence the cancellation ink stamps that can be exhibited on the card/sticker. Very rare today, most were destroyed!
