Southern Railway luggage label, as shown
Southern Railway oblong destination labels measure around 93mm x 36mm and carry the stock code 787 and all, except most 1923 & several slightly later issues, bear the month & year of printing. Different typefaces were originally used for the title until the one shown dated 7/24 which became the standard, until the ‘sunshine lettering’ was used on many labels from 1946 and also included the print quantity

All items are normally sent as soon as possible, and within 4 working days, following receipt of cleared funds, packed suitably to withstand the normal rigours of the postal system.
Items are sent through the Royal Mail or Evri, either signed for, tracked or with a certificate of posting obtained, dependent on the postage band paid for
Insured & tracked delivery must be selected for all items over £20
Please contact me first if an item is not received within the stipulated time, so that the matter can be addressed and taken up with the Carrier.
Overseas buyers are responsible for any Customs matters, tax & import charges - Taxes or charges paid by e bay will be added to the invoice
