Please be aware that I am a reseller. Items come from various sourcing means such as retailers, overstocks, online websites and auction sites, thrift stores and yard-sales/Facebook selling groups. All descriptions are based on the info at time of purchase as well as research and examination of the item. On a rare occasion a description may be inaccurate and if this occurs it was a mistake or oversight and will be rectified with the buyer. However, since I do not buy directly from the manufacturer all factory warranties may be void and there is no guarantee how long the item will work once purchased. As many items are vintage or "new" - old stock, on a rare occasion an item may not work properly and again if this is the case, it will be rectified with buyer unless listed "AS IS".
Additionally, it is the buyers responsibility to check to see if item is a recalled item prior to purchase ***
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 3 days.
SHIPPING:
Generally I ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that it is up to sellers discretion to select best shipping carrier/box based on size, cost and time frame. For example...
-Items of less than $25 will likely ship Ground Advantage unless Priority is selected
-Items over 1 pound will likely ship Priority MAIL (either standard Priority or flat rate depending on best box fit for item purchased).
-If an item is oversized, seller has the right to change carriers ( ie UPS Ground or FedEX Home Delivery may be selected instead of USPS if the post office charges large surcharges on large packages)
-Books/media will most likely ship Media Mail unless Ground Advantage or Priority mail is selected
Regarding MY Shipping costs:
1) Orders over $30 may ship insured shipping if "Media Mail" is used. This is due to some recent shipping issues where USPS lost packages that were not insured.
2) Shipping rates also include a small surcharge for boxes/envelopes. Please note that shipping materials alone can cost a dollar or more per order.
3) Expensive items appx. $100 or more OR shipments going to Apartments may ship with "Signature Required" to ensure that the item is received by recipient. This is due to some orders that were shipped/delivered but recipient(s) says were "not received" which is not covered by USPS "Insurance".
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
I do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the item is authentic and as described. If you believe the item was misleading or inaccurate, please send me your case and I will review it promptly for a "refund without charges" consideration. Ebay also protects buyers (Buyer Protection) ( I have never had such a case against my store as an FYI)

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE: I use the Global Shipping program through EBAY. If for some reason you purchase an item from me and feel that the item is not as described or turns out to be defective I cannot refund your International Shipping fees as these are charged by EBAY directly and I have no control or authorization to refund these fees as they were paid to EBAY not me. Therefore, please look at photos extremely carefully and understand that if an item turns out to be defective by the manufacturer or not exactly as described you may risk losing the International shipment fees paid. As the seller, I can only refund product charges and US shipping fees.
However, I am happy to report that I have sold dozens of items through the Global Shipping program with very happy and satisfied customers!
