The stock we received has been pre-loved. They have been donated in good faith to our charity for the purpose of resale and to raise vital funds for Age UK. Due to the nature of these items, they may have some defects, or damages which we will always try to confirm in the listing description. Items will not have been tested, as we do not have the facilities. 

Returns

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, if your item is damaged or not as described, we offer free returns up to 30 days after purchase. If you have simply changed your mind, you can open a return via the eBay returns centre. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.  Please note that the customer pays for return postage

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch within one working day upon receipt of payment.

Shipping

Our items are sent using Royal Mail 48h delivery service.

Any orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight and some parts of Northern Ireland are not covered by this service and will be sent using a 3-5 working day courier.
