Original obsolete [and somewhat unique] Paris, Texas EMS/EMT award badge, heavy gold colored cast brass construction with heavy pinback and safety catch. Ornate shield shaped design with banners featuring blue painted inscribed lettering consisting of original owner's name/E.M.T. OF THE YEAR/19 CITY OF PARIS 81/E.M.S. Unmarked. Measures 2 x 1 1/2 inches. No wear, tarnish, oxidation, or other damage. Nice clean piece for any collector of older EMT badges and is in excellent condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
