Cancel a purchase:

If you want to cancel your order, please do it within the eBay order details instead of sending us a message, as your message may be missed. If the item has been processed for shipping or already shipped, you WILL NOT be able to cancel the order. If you want to recall an order, additional fees may apply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS or NO ACCESS DELIVERY:

A return charge, which is the same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to a delivery failure caused by a customer error. In some instances, a restocking fee may also apply.

We aim to despatch all orders in a timely manner after processing and our delivery partners are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Current processing times:

Order processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order is placed late on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Metro delivery time frame is approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch and regional is 10-15 business days subject to the delivery location. Delays can sometimes be experienced and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Tracking information will be uploaded to your eBay order after dispatch, and you can track your delivery updates directly on the courier's website.

Partial Delivery:

Bulky items are shipped in multiple boxes, and while all boxes leave the warehouse simultaneously, the courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have been delivered and others are still missing, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.

Delivery Delays or Missing Parcels

Delivery delays beyond the expected time frame should be reported to us within 30 business days from the date of dispatch. We will investigate the delay with our courier partner, which may take 24-48 business hours for their response. If no update is provided within two business days of contacting the courier, we will offer an appropriate remedy per Australian Consumer Law.

Bulky Item Shipping Cost:

Free shipping is for capital city CBD areas only, excluding Perth, NT and ACT. If your postcode is in the non-metro/regional/remote area, you can still place the order and our support team will contact you for the payment of the delivery cost which is determined by the size of the product and the delivery location. You can contact us for a postage quote before purchasing.

Pick Up?

Our warehouse is not open to the public, and we do not offer item previews, pickups, or in-person returns.

Our Courier Partners:

We use various Freight Carriers to ship your order these are chosen at the discretion of our warehouse depending on the size of the item and delivery location. Tracking information will be added to eBay upon shipment. This will allow you to track your shipment via the respective couriers' websites.

Delivery Times:
Deliveries are generally made between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.

Assembly Required?
Yes, some of our items require assembly upon delivery, and we do not offer assembly services. Be prepared you may need to provide your own basic tools, such as a screwdriver or hammer don't just expect these to be included in the box.
Please read the instructions carefully; failing to follow them may result in improper assembly and potential issues.
Ensure that you have all parts before beginning assembly. If you find any missing or damaged parts, contact us immediately with photos for assistance.
Retain all packaging in case a return for replacement or refund is necessary.

IMPORTANT:

Upon receiving your parcel inspect the package to ensure it is intact and undamaged. Open the package to verify that you received the correct product, and check for any damaged parts, missing parts, or incorrect components. Test the product to ensure it is functioning properly. If any issues are found, please take clear photos of the problem and notify us immediately.

PLEASE DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WON'T BE RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Damaged or Faulty Item:

If your arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to providing us with a detailed description of the problem, we ask that you send clear photos (or a short video clip can be emailed) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process.

Once approved by our customer service team, we will contact you to confirm the process for returning the item for a refund or replacement. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered, or replacement parts may be provided as needed.

Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval as it may be sent back to you at your cost if no RMA has been lodged. Also, we kindly advise that eBay cases can sometimes impede the return process please contact us first.

We generally need 4 to 5 business days to process your refund and replacement application. The more information and clear photos showing the issue(s) the better it assists us in processing your case. After we approve your application, you need to return the item to us.

For damaged and faulty items the return is generally free of charge, however, the item(s) need to be properly boxed, preferably in the original box and returned in the same state in which you received them. Any packing costs you incur if the original packaging has been disposed of is non-recoverable. We will ship your new replacement or process the refund whichever is applicable once the products are returned. The refund/replacement usually takes up to 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise and will notify you as soon as it is done.

Accidental Damage:

If the product is misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed, no refunds or replacements will be made. It is your responsibility to comply with the manufacturer's instructions and advice.

Change Of Mind Purchase:

Please read the item description carefully before you place an order or contact us with any questions that you might have before purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage, this cost is non-refundable. Also, we charge a restocking fee for change-of-mind returns please see below for costs.

A change of mind return request will only be considered if it is made within 14 days from delivery to the customer. After this time the change of mind refund request could be rejected.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging and seals intact (where applicable). Items must not be damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering. Please provide photos as proof that the item is unopened, in a resellable state, and includes all parts originally supplied by us ie boxes, manuals and warranty cards. Items that are opened, used or not in resellable condition including partially assembled goods, ripped boxes or goods not with original packaging will not be accepted. Such items will be returned to the customer at their expense. The item MUST remain unused and contained in its original packaging.

Upon approval from our customer service team of the change of mind return, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the safe return of the item to us at the address provided by our team. The return freight cost is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

If you need help with returning bigger or bulky items that can't go through Australia Post we can assist with booking a courier to collect the goods for the return and deduct the courier fee from your refund. The courier fee is usually between $45 to $70. This cost will be deducted from the refund along with any restocking fee.

For items that were sold with FREE shipping, the initial freight cost might also be deducted from the refund in some cases.

Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus the restocking fee being 15% of the purchase price (not including initial shipping).

Not As Advertised/Described Return:

If you have received an item that differs from our listing, please provide the following for us to verify the issue:
a. Photos of the item received
b. Photo of the SKU/product code on the packaging
c. Photo of the delivery label

Additionally, the item must be unused and returnable in its original packaging..

Please be aware that your refund will be processed upon confirmation we have received the goods back in their original condition. A refund or replacement will NOT be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed.

If the customer sends the item back without approval, no refund will be given.

30 Day Return?
We accept returns for up to 30 days after the purchase date please check the return requirements above.

IMPORTANT: All of our products support eBay's 30-day money-back policy but we do require buyers to pay all shipping costs for change of mind purchase.

The following terms and conditions apply for eBay's 30-day money-back:

- "Money back" is only defined as the value of the product, not including the postage fee that has occurred. We will charge the higher of the following two options: A.the actual shipping and return postage, or B. 15% of the selling price (including freight), as a Restocking cost.
- Original packaging or product label is damaged or missing, does not apply to the 30 days money back policy.
- You should also restore the original packaging of the item when returning the item and return it to us with all the items on the packing list. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement.

All approved refunds will be given as refunds through the eBay payment system, this is subject to us receiving the goods back in their original condition.

Warranty:

Our items come with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

Some electronic products have a 3-months warranty.

The specified warranty period commences on the date the product is delivered to your nominated delivery address. Where no proof of delivery is available, the specified warranty period commences upon receipt of the goods by you or 3 days from the date the goods are dispatched to you.

Users must have sufficient evidence of product quality issues, such as pictures or videos. The normal wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty.

The following are also not covered under the warranty:

The goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;

Where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, forces of nature and extreme weather conditions, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions or introduction by an insect, pest or other foreign body.

Warranty Claim:
All warranty claims must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.

In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

- 1. Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty.
- 2. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable.
- 3. Your eBay user id. and any other proof of purchase.
- 4. Any other details we may need to process your claim.
