Cancel a purchase:

INCORRECT ADDRESS or NO ACCESS DELIVERY:

Metro delivery time frame is approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch and regional is 10-15 business days subject to the delivery location. Partial Delivery:

Bulky items are shipped in multiple boxes, and while all boxes leave the warehouse simultaneously, the courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have been delivered and others are still missing, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.

Delivery Delays or Missing Parcels

Delivery delays beyond the expected time frame should be reported to us within 30 business days from the date of dispatch. We will investigate the delay with our courier partner, which may take 24-48 business hours for their response. If no update is provided within two business days of contacting the courier, we will offer an appropriate remedy per Australian Consumer Law.

Bulky Item Shipping Cost:

Free shipping is for capital city CBD areas only, excluding Perth, NT and ACT. If your postcode is in the non-metro/regional/remote area, you can still place the order and our support team will contact you for the payment of the delivery cost which is determined by the size of the product and the delivery location. You can contact us for a postage quote before purchasing.

Our warehouse is not open to the public, and we do not offer item previews, pickups, or in-person returns.

Assembly Required?
Yes, some of our items require assembly upon delivery, and we do not offer assembly services. Be prepared you may need to provide your own basic tools, such as a screwdriver or hammer don't just expect these to be included in the box.
Please read the instructions carefully; failing to follow them may result in improper assembly and potential issues.
Ensure that you have all parts before beginning assembly. If you find any missing or damaged parts, contact us immediately with photos for assistance.

Upon receiving your parcel inspect the package to ensure it is intact and undamaged. Damaged or Faulty Item:

If your arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to providing us with a detailed description of the problem, we ask that you send clear photos (or a short video clip can be emailed) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process.

Once approved by our customer service team, we will contact you to confirm the process for returning the item for a refund or replacement. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered, or replacement parts may be provided as needed.

Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval as it may be sent back to you at your cost if no RMA has been lodged. Also, we kindly advise that eBay cases can sometimes impede the return process please contact us first.

We generally need 4 to 5 business days to process your refund and replacement application. The more information and clear photos showing the issue(s) the better it assists us in processing your case. After we approve your application, you need to return the item to us.

For damaged and faulty items the return is generally free of charge, however, the item(s) need to be properly boxed, preferably in the original box and returned in the same state in which you received them. Any packing costs you incur if the original packaging has been disposed of is non-recoverable. We will ship your new replacement or process the refund whichever is applicable once the products are returned. The refund/replacement usually takes up to 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise and will notify you as soon as it is done.

Accidental Damage:

If the product is misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed, no refunds or replacements will be made. It is your responsibility to comply with the manufacturer's instructions and advice.

Change Of Mind Purchase:

Please read the item description carefully before you place an order or contact us with any questions that you might have before purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage, this cost is non-refundable. Also, we charge a restocking fee for change-of-mind returns please see below for costs.

A change of mind return request will only be considered if it is made within 14 days from delivery to the customer. After this time the change of mind refund request could be rejected.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging and seals intact (where applicable). Items must not be damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering. Please provide photos as proof that the item is unopened, in a resellable state, and includes all parts originally supplied by us ie boxes, manuals and warranty cards. Items that are opened, used or not in resellable condition including partially assembled goods, ripped boxes or goods not with original packaging will not be accepted. Such items will be returned to the customer at their expense. The item MUST remain unused and contained in its original packaging.

Upon approval from our customer service team of the change of mind return, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the safe return of the item to us at the address provided by our team. The return freight cost is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

If you need help with returning bigger or bulky items that can't go through Australia Post we can assist with booking a courier to collect the goods for the return and deduct the courier fee from your refund. The courier fee is usually between $45 to $70. This cost will be deducted from the refund along with any restocking fee.

For items that were sold with FREE shipping, the initial freight cost might also be deducted from the refund in some cases.

Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus the restocking fee being 15% of the purchase price (not including initial shipping).

Not As Advertised/Described Return:

If you have received an item that differs from our listing, please provide the following for us to verify the issue:
a. Photos of the item received
b. Photo of the SKU/product code on the packaging
c. Photo of the delivery label

Additionally, the item must be unused and returnable in its original packaging..

Please be aware that your refund will be processed upon confirmation we have received the goods back in their original condition. A refund or replacement will NOT be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed.

If the customer sends the item back without approval, no refund will be given.

30 Day Return?
We accept returns for up to 30 days after the purchase date please check the return requirements above.

IMPORTANT: All of our products support eBay's 30-day money-back policy but we do require buyers to pay all shipping costs for change of mind purchase.

The following terms and conditions apply for eBay's 30-day money-back:

- "Money back" is only defined as the value of the product, not including the postage fee that has occurred. We will charge the higher of the following two options: A.the actual shipping and return postage, or B. 15% of the selling price (including freight), as a Restocking cost.

Warranty Claim:
All warranty claims must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.

In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

- 1. Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty.
- 2. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable.
