Pottery Tea pot Kettle Small 17th-19th Century

An unusual
and somewhat of a mystery pottery teapot. Part of private collection of Persian
pottery and artefacts this small pottery tea pot, kettle of wash pot (bit small)
is made as one piece which includes the stand as shown. To the underside are
holes so I would have thought the piece would have sat in an additional part? Believed
to be Persian.
Any
information on the item would be much appreciated.
